Beautiful Souls at SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary in Wisconsin!

Awww, these animals really have my heart! Each one with a special story, the rescued animals at SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary are indeed special. Animal agriculture is a cruel industry that harms billions of animals every single year. All of these animals are beautiful souls with hearts that love. By visiting them, you can’t deny this is true. This is why so many people are going vegan.

Thanks so much to the amazing founders of SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary in New Richmond, Wisconsin for starting this little sanctuary for farm animals in need of a safe place to call home!

Meet some of the residents:

Frederick, also shown above, is a sheep who was rescued from a backyard butcher, with George, shown below. He was raised with a pack of dogs who chewed off his ear. He thinks he’s a dog and it’s hilarious how friendly he is… he will come running and jumping on you to greet you!

Oliver is a sheep saved from becoming meat. He’s George’s BFF and they love hanging out.

All the beautiful rescued chickens! There are several of these birds living here and you can tell they love feeling safe and relaxed!

 

Brock is a mini-pig rescued from a breeding situation. Did you know that mini-pigs are actually NOT mini pigs? Many breeders lie and say the pigs will not get very big, but they do. And pigs like this need a lot of space and room to root around in the dirt and run around! They are not house animals. So unfortunately, many of them end up with nowhere to go after their guardians give up on them, not being able to take care of their needs.

He loves apples! 🙂
